Happy New Year!

This year is starting off with lots of creative fun! In January, we released two new readings and will be exhibiting a new drawing online via Connecticut Academy of Fine Art. In February we will be exhibiting two new intaglio/chine colle’ prints in Cape Cod via National Association of Women Artists, a serigraphic print in Vermont along with other artwork at our new gallery, Canal Street Art Gallery!

Magic Jungle: Panther, Birds, and Music (released Jan 4) and Otter, Frogs and Fish (released Jan 20) are playful animal tales/poems were written, illustrated and read by Kathleen Zimmerman. Click on arrows above to hear these brief, delightful, and timely poems.

Kindred Spirits - Dillon & Spike (above) can be seen in a virtual exhibition titled: CAFA+ Members. Kathleen Zimmerman is an elected member of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts and proud to be part of this group of talented artists. Dillon & Spike is the first in Kathleen’s Kindred Spirits series. This series looks at the close relationships that different people have with the animals they chose to spend their time with. The exhibition can be seen at this link: https://www.ctacademy.org/cafa-members-2023-view-all between Jan 28 - March 4.

Cloud Nine and Dreamscape were both juried into an exhibit titled Depth Perception.
